Returning Your Phone

If you have finished with your rental equipment, SIM Card or other services, returning them to FoneRent is simple and easy.

Ready to send your rental kit or FonePack back? Returning your FoneRent equipment couldn't be easier.

First, email us at returns@fonerent.com to let us know you have ended the rental. We will bar the phone & SIM as necessary and end your rental charges there and then.

Second, you can either request us to send our courier to collect the kit* or simply package it up nice and safely, making sure all the bits and pieces are in your FonePack and return directly to your nearest FoneRent Office:

  • UK: FoneRent (Elitetele.com) Ltd, Dawson House, Matrix Business Park, Chorley, PR7 7NA, UK.

Assuming the package makes it home to FoneRent within a few days, your rental will end on the day you notified us and we will send your final invoice* for all rental, calls and any other services. It really is that simple.

*Note that courier collections are charged at cost and due to some carrier schedules, invoices/call charges can take up to 8 weeks to complete billing. If you choose to leave equipment at a hotel, make sure you have a receipt and a contacts name/number. The equipment is your responsibility until our courier has collected this.
