FoneRent

Following an independant survey of FoneRent users and web visitors, the results have high-lighted the Company strengths and some of the reasons that FoneRent is now a leader in the Phone Rental sector, after less than 4 years in the market.

In the area of client satisfaction, FoneRent scored over 99% of respondants stating that Customer Service was Excellent or Very Good.

In Support and Back Up, the Company met its own high standards with 100% saying the service was very good or better.  Furtermore, in billing accuracy, one of our key areas of after sales service, the Company again scored Very Good or higher for 97.8% of respondants. 

Crucially, as FoneRent specialise in rental at major events, over 95% of replies from clients who had rented from other companies - stated that FoneRent was 'Far Superior' or Better than its competition.  Sorry guys, we just do what we do, and do it well!!

David Gill, FoneRent Co-Founder commented on the results by saying 'It can be a nerve racking thing to put yourself out there for critique and under the microscope, especially with direct feedback from clients. Yet, we also accept that we can improve and we do not have a monopoly of good ideas. Many clients have been happy to tell us what will make us even better. I could not have wished for better results and it is testament to the hard work of all the team at FoneRent Ltd and FoneRent LLC that we achieved such high scores. I would also like to thank all our clients and web visitors who took time out to take the survey, both for their honest answers and of course for helping us get even better as a business'.

FoneRent will not rest on its laurels though and plans are already in play for enhanced billing options, new products and several new online related services.

The FoneRent Survey was carried out by Survey Monkey and reflects the views of 108 clients/web visitors in Quarter 1 2009.
