In recognition of its position as a market leader in cellular rentals, O2 Germany has appointed FoneRent as a Service Provider, enabling the Company to deliver a greater range of solutions at much lower rates to its client base.

FoneRent has secured the rights to directly provide O2 Germany Services to its clients worldwide and will now look at other strategic projects to assist in driving business for both Companies. FoneRent already has several relationships in Germany and overseas for the provision of O2 solutions and the new relationship underpins these, enhances the range of solutions in the portfolio and enables further growth.

Paul Gilmore, the FoneRent Director for Operations commented on the  new relationship: 'We have been offering a mix of 3 different networks in Germany until now and the O2 relationship means we can now focus on a single mobile carrier with a wide range of value added and enhanced services. In selecting a carrier for our needs, O2 shone above all others and we believe their business ethics and values clearly match our own. We are certain that our professional approach, our market leadership in Event rentals, coupled with our dedictaion to customer service were key to the award of Service Provider status. There is no doubt this a great step for both parties'.

FoneRent will now deliver voice solutions, data services and a range of other O2 mobile offers.
