MicroSIMs and Mi-Fi Now Available Online

Following a surge in demand for microSIM rental (for use in iPad 3G and iPhone 4/5) and also for personal hotpsot solutions, also know as Mi-Fi, FoneRent has formally added both services to its range of online solutions.

As tablet use grows and iPad continues to lead the way, FoneRent added microSIM rental services to its portfolio, with data packages for all its regions. So wherever you take your iPad or iPhone, you can have low cost data access and great call rates too.

The Mi-Fi service has also seen amazing demand as people prefer to use wireless data rather than hardware or wired connections. Creating a simple 'personal hotspot' that allows up to 5 concurrent users means a small team can share a data connection, and a data bundle, making Internet access much more cost effective and easier to access.

Jaqui Willetts, who used the Mi-Fi for her Exhibition Stand business at a recent trade show in Cannes said, 'We couldnt believe how easy it was and how cheap compared to roaming. Everything was ready to go out of the box and our booth team were able to access the local Internet very easily. Compared to 2010 it must have saved us $3000.00 minimum but to be honest it was the ease of use that will stand out in my memory'.
